Shot not detected in GSPro (Main Screen), but still detected in Uneekor VIEW (Side Screen)

Open settings in GSPro from the top right corner, select GAME tab and select Reset GSPro Connect in the lower right corner.
Minimize GSPro Uneekor connect window, do not close.
If the issue is not resolved, close GSPro completely and re-launch GSPro from the start menu.
NOTE: If you were in the middle of a round, after GSPro starts up. Select the same course, in MATCH Settings, select Resume Previous in the lower right corner and select Play. All players and game settings will be restored to the last shot recorded.

Using putter to chip will not detect shot:

If you are not on the green, you must select Putter for the shot to be detected.
Select the Putter from the club menu in the lower left corner or use the footswitch to change the club selection.

Footswitch is not working:

Click anywhere on the GSPro screen and try again. This usually happens when another window (i.e. VIEW) is clicked. The footswitch only works if GSPro is the active window.

Game sound/volume is too loud/too soft:

Use remote for TV 1 to adjust volume.
Use the volume keys on the keyboard (F11) to turn down or (F12) to turn up. Or use mouse to adjust onscreen by selecting the volume icon by the clock in the lower right corner by the clock.

GSPro or VIEW freeze up or close unexpectedly:

Close the simulator programs by going to the start menu and selecting END SIM.
Re-launch the simulator programs by going to the start menu and selecting START SIM.
NOTE: Wait for the programs to completely restart and the message box appears before attempting to continue your round.
